Barrydale Brewery's primary objective was to create an intimate brewing experience that could seamlessly integrate into a restaurant environment. The challenge was to design a system that was efficient, capable of producing high-quality beer, and visually appealing to enhance the customer's dining experience.

To meet Barrydale Brewery's ambitious goals, we implemented a comprehensive brewing system:

Brewing Capacity and Visual Appeal:
Installed a 500L brewhouse and four 500L fermentation vessels, chosen for their eye-catching stainless-steel design, and placed them behind a glass viewing area for customer engagement.

Educational Experience:
Made the brewing process visible to customers, enhancing their overall experience by educating them about brewing while they enjoy their meals.

Efficiency and Sustainability:
Designed the system to be compact yet efficient, with green, efficient systems and pumps to minimise water and energy consumption, and comprehensive CIP systems for easy maintenance.

The system provided to Barrydale Brewery combined brewing capacity with visual appeal and an educational experience.
