To meet Table 58's goals, we delivered a bespoke brewing solution:

Precision and Efficiency:
Implemented in-line 100% O2 addition through a Venturi and accurate temperature control to 0.1°C on all fermentation vessels for consistent, high-quality brewing.

Enhanced Flavour Profiles and Waste Reduction:
Included dry hopping addition ports and carbonation stones on all fermentation vessels for complex flavour development and raking arms to minimise wastage.

Operational Efficiency and Sustainability:
Integrated VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) on all pumps and agitators, a 3-stage heat exchanger to optimise operations, and green, efficient systems and pumps to reduce water and energy consumption.

Ease of Maintenance:
Provided comprehensive CIP (Clean-In-Place) systems for easy maintenance and cleanliness.

The brewing system at Table 58 enhanced customer experience while maintaining high standards of efficiency and sustainability.
