Coco Safar marks our first project specialising in cold brew coffee, teas, and syrups. The challenge was to develop a system that could produce these beverages with the same level of precision and quality as our beer brewing systems, while integrating seamlessly into a high-end retail environment.

To meet Coco Safar's ambitious goals, we implemented a comprehensive beverage system:

Cold Brew Coffee System:
Designed and installed a 1000L cold brew coffee system, complete with temperature control and advanced filtration, to ensure consistent, high-quality cold brew coffee production.

Precision and Quality:
Integrated in-line filtration systems and precise temperature control mechanisms to maintain the integrity and flavour of teas and syrups.

Operational Efficiency:
Implemented comprehensive CIP systems and VFDs on all pumps and agitators to streamline operations and maintenance.

Aesthetic Integration:
Ensured the system's design complemented the high-end retail environment, using stainless steel and glass elements for visual appeal.
