Bature Brewery was poised for growth, seeking to significantly increase its production capacity while maintaining the exceptional quality of its beers. The challenge lay in seamlessly integrating advanced automation and expanding the brewery's capabilities within the existing operation.

To meet Bature Brewery's ambitious goals, we implemented a comprehensive brewing system:

Initial Setup and Expansion:
Started with a 1200L two-vessel steam jacketed brewhouse, a 2000L hot liquor tank, and a 2000L glycol bank, and expanded to a five-vessel system with a 55k litre fermentation capacity, an automated canning line, and flash pasteurisation.

Advanced Automation and Precision:
Ensured precision and efficiency in brewing with in-line 100% O2 addition through a Venturi and accurate temperature control to 0.1°C in all fermentation vessels.

Sustainability:
Incorporated green, efficient systems and pumps to minimise water and energy consumption.

Quality and Consistency:
Utilised raking arms, dry hopping addition ports, CIP cleaning systems, VFDs on all pumps and agitators, and a 3-stage heat exchanger to maintain the highest standards of beer quality and consistency.
