Devil's Club Brewing Co. aimed to establish a high-quality, efficient brewing operation in a remote and challenging environment. The system needed to ensure precision and consistency in beer production while maintaining sustainability and operational ease.

To meet Devil's Club Brewing Co.'s ambitious goals, we implemented a comprehensive brewing system:

Brewhouse Installation and Fermentation Capacity:
Delivered a 2-vessel 500L uni-system brewhouse with a fermentation capacity of 6000L per month, designed to ensure high-quality, efficient brewing in a remote environment.

Precision and Consistency:
Integrated in-line 100% O2 addition through a Venturi and accurate temperature control to 0.1°C on all fermentation vessels to ensure consistent, high-quality beer production.

Sustainability and Waste Reduction:
Installed green, efficient systems and pumps to reduce water and energy consumption and raking arms in the fermentation vessels to minimise wastage.

Operational Ease:
Included comprehensive CIP systems, VFDs on all pumps and agitators, and a 3-stage heat exchanger to simplify operations and maintenance, and added fully automated keg cleaning and filling machines to enhance operational efficiency.

The brewing system at Devil's Club Brewing Co. ensured precision and consistency in beer production through advanced temperature control and O2 addition systems.

Sustainability was supported by efficient systems and pumps, while waste reduction was achieved with raking arms. Operational ease was enhanced by CIP systems, VFDs, and automated keg cleaning and filling machines.
