As our inaugural installation in South Africa, the Drifter Brewery Showroom needed to embody our innovation, efficiency, and sustainability ideals. The goal was to create a versatile brewing environment that could handle significant production volumes while maintaining the highest quality standards and minimising environmental impact.

To meet Drifter Brewery's ambitious goals, we implemented a comprehensive brewing system:

Brewhouse Installation:
Designed and installed a 2-vessel uni-system brewhouse where the mash tun doubles as a kettle, optimising space without compromising functionality or quality.

Fermentation Capacity:
Supported a substantial fermentation capacity of 9000L per month, demonstrating our ability to handle significant production volumes.

Precision Brewing and Waste Reduction:
Integrated in-line 100% O2 addition via a Venturi and precise temperature control up to 0.1°C in all fermentation vessels and raking arms to minimise wastage throughout the brewing process.

Sustainability and Efficiency:
Implemented green, efficient systems and pumps to reduce water and energy use drastically and added fully automated keg cleaning and filling machines to streamline packaging operations.

The Drifter Brewery Showroom system exemplified our commitment to innovation and sustainability. Precision brewing was ensured through in-line 100% O2 addition and precise temperature control, while waste reduction was achieved using raking arms.

The system's sustainability was supported by green, efficient systems and pumps, and operational efficiency was further enhanced by fully automated keg cleaning and filling machines.
